Shipping Policy – Shaikh Brother’s Perfumes

At Shaikh Brother’s Perfumes, we ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of every order. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shaikh Brother’s Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

International shipping (if applicable) will be subject to additional charges and customs regulations.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or customs fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the provided shipping address and contact details are accurate.

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once the order is delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In case of a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 12 hours will not be accepted.

Proof in the form of clear photos or videos is mandatory for verification.

7. Failed or Reattempt Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for re-dispatch without additional charges.

8. Packaging

All perfumes are securely packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

Slight external box wear due to shipping does not qualify for exchange.

9. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Customers are encouraged to track their shipment using the provided tracking information.
