Shaikh Brother’s Perfumes — Exchange Policy

At Shaikh Brother’s Perfumes, we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of perfumes, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted only under selective conditions outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once the order has been delivered.

2. Exchange Eligibility (12-Hour Window)

Exchange requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery and are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or broken during transit

Leakage observed in the perfume bottle

Incorrect product delivered

3. Conditions for Exchange

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

Original invoice or order confirmation is mandatory

Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification

4. Non-Exchangeable Cases

Change of mind or personal preference

Dislike of fragrance or variation in scent notes

Opened, used, or tampered products

Requests raised after 12 hours of delivery

5. Exchange Process

Contact our support team within 12 hours of receiving the product

Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue

Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 12–24 hours

Upon approval, the replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received.

6. Shipping for Approved Exchanges

If the issue is verified as our responsibility, return and replacement shipping will be free

Unapproved requests will not be processed

7. Product Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be offered
